Inspectors

The TRSA inspection program seeks to recruit seasoned industry professionals who have operational backgrounds as well as the temperament for a consultant approach to systems auditing. Each inspector goes through a comprehensive training program including a competency review of all aspects of each type of certification. Inspectors are trained to understand and recognize the various approaches employed in each plant that are considered acceptable Best Management Practices. The systems deployed by Laundry Design Group seek to ensure consistency regardless of the inspector. Evidence collection for each standard is monitored in a multi-step process to ensure compliance. Each inspection report is reviewed by the lead auditor, HyC Program Administrator and the Advisory Committee. Additionally, the inspection program itself is annually audited by a third-party firm.

This program is aligned with ISO QMS auditing standards. To date there have been 10 industry professionals complete the Hygienically Clean and Clean Green inspection training program.
