January 22 – 23, 2024 were eventful days for the Hygienically Clean certification program!
The brand-new auditors in training all gathered in Las Vegas, NV for an informational day of classes to learn how to conduct audits for all of the Hygienically Clean certifications. Training included a comprehensive session of the Standards along with a review of a sample Quality Assurance Manual. The auditors then broke into two small groups to conduct mock healthcare, food safety, and Clean Green inspections.
